Our scope is deliberately focused: we work exclusively within São Paulo's major residential and mixed-use neighbourhoods — Pinheiros, Itaim Bibi, Vila Madalena, Moema, Jardins, and the Faria Lima corridor — because that concentration is what makes our advice worth having. The Museummeadowk team currently has eight advisors, each assigned to a specific zone of the city. When you come to us, you get one named contact who handles your case from start to finish — not a rotating call centre. That advisor coordinates internally with valuation analysts, legal reviewers, and the administration team, but you only ever deal with one person. Our process is documented, not improvised: every mandate follows a defined sequence of steps that we've refined over seven years and more than 340 engagements. What we won't promise: we can't guarantee a sale within a specific number of days, because the São Paulo market sets its own pace. We don't list every property that comes to us — selectivity is how we maintain the standards our clients expect. And we don't offer legal advice; we work alongside notaries and property lawyers and will recommend trusted professionals when needed.
